SHIPPING:

These items will ship from Third Drawer Down warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia.

Minimum orders are $300. For new customers we may accept your first order below $300 to let you have a nibble of our tasty art products, please ask!

For Freight costs prior to shipping, we will advise once your initial order is confirmed.

CASE PACKS

We hope our case packs sizes are a good fit for you. If you want smaller case packs, talk with us, as we love both small and large retailers and can tweak/twerk it.

ORDERING

• We accept direct bank transfer, Paypal, credit card as payment.
• Prices are in AUD/USD/RMB - depending on your territory.
• All orders are PREPAID only, unless approved by Third Drawer Down for 30 day credit terms.
• Overdue invoices incur a 5% late fee over the approved credit term for account holders.
• For any back ordered items we will send these at a later date as soon as available, or as requested by you.
• Items are not sold individually, but we can tweak our case packs (as above) if you twist our rubber arm!
• Please note: prices may change without prior notice
• We do not hold orders placed with a future date longer than 60 days unless new collection or approved by us. You can’t say we don't try!
• Should you receive faulty items, please send images and a damage report across a week upon receiving the items.

RETURNS POLICY

• No returns can be accepted without prior approval from THIRD DRAWER DOWN and not after 30 days from the invoice date.
• All returned goods must be in SALEABLE CONDITION that is at the discretion of THIRD DRAWER DOWN.
